 Please call the office during business hours if you are experiencing a toothache. We may be able to offer you a same day appointment, depending on our schedule. If you are an established patient of Sweet Tooth Family Dental and experiencing pain when the office is closed, please call Dr. Beck directly at 206-579-4119. Leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing swelling resulting in difficulty breathing or swallowing then proceed directly to an emergency room.
What you can expect:
Every effort will be made to see patients with dental emergencies as soon as possible. We may offer you an appointed time or ask you to come in and wait to be seen in between scheduled patients. There could be a significant wait if our schedule is full.
An emergency exam and necessary x-rays will be completed so Dr. Beck can diagnose your dental issue. He will then discuss your treatment options. Treatment may be provided at this visit or we may need to schedule you for another day to allow enough time for treatment. Sometimes a referral to a specialist will be necessary to treat your dental issue. We work with excellent Endodontists (Root Canal Specialist) and Oral Surgeons that strive to see patients as quickly as possible.
How much will it cost?
The emergency exam is $85, the cost of x-rays varies depending on your dental issue and need. Once a diagnosis is made we can discuss treatment options and their costs. Payment is due at time of service. If you are referred to a specialist, you will need to discuss cost of treatment with that office.
If you have dental insurance we will bill for services rendered. Your out of pocket costs will vary depending on your coverage and treatment provided.
